    Your hair is washed using gentle, targeted products, followed by protein-rich sprays to strengthen and prep it.

    We apply a smoothing solution and straighten the hair in sections using precise heat, based on your hair type.

Most hair types are suitable, including coarse, frizzy or previously damaged hair. A consultation with Mei will help determine if this treatment is right for you.

Yes, in most cases. Mei will assess the condition of your hair before the treatment. If you plan to colour your hair, it’s best to do so at least two weeks before or two weeks after your straightening appointment.

Treatments usually take between 4 to 5 hours, though very long or thick hair may take longer. Most clients return every 4 to 9 months, depending on hair texture and how quickly it grows.

For the first 48 hours, do not wash your hair or use clips, bands, or hats that may leave marks. Avoid colouring your hair for at least 10 days after treatment.

Yes. Products like Phiten Bella Shampoo and Treatment are specially formulated to support the results. They help strengthen and nourish your hair with ingredients such as silk proteins, collagen and Aqua Gold. These products are free from sodium chloride and sulphates.

• Phiten Bella Shampoo – Regularly used, this shampoo will strengthen the hair leaving it soft and smooth. With hydrolysed silk, keratin, sericin and algae. Contains genuine Aqua Gold, which is an excellent conductor in delivering and helping hair to absorb proteins deeper into the hair shaft for longer lasting results. Sodium Laureth Sulphate/Sodium Chloride Free.

• Phiten Bella Treatment – An intensive, deep nourishing conditioner that strengthens the hair, leaving it soft and smooth, with Aqua Gold, collagen and keratin proteins to be absorbed slowly into the hair all day. Use it every time after shampooing. It can also be used as an intensive treatment.

Yes. While your hair will be much smoother and easier to manage, light styling is still recommended. The treatment helps reduce frizz and makes styling faster and more predictable.

Yes, you can. If you’re travelling from outside the area, Mei can offer a phone consultation ahead of time to help you plan and combine everything into one appointment.

Results vary depending on your hair type. If your hair is naturally frizzy, it will look smoother and shinier. If it’s coloured or very curly, it will become softer and straighter, though the final look can be enhanced further with quick styling if needed.
