Most hair types are suitable. A prior consultation with Mei will determine if this is right for you.

Generally, yes it is, but the condition of the hair will be assessed by Mei prior to treatment. We recommend that if you plan to colour your hair this should be done at least two weeks before or two weeks after the treatment.

The average time between treatments is 4 – 9 months. Hair texture and speed of growth amongst other factors will determine the best time frame for you.

Usually between 4–5 hours, but very long or dense hair may take longer.

For 48 hrs you should not wash your hair, or do anything to your hair which you do not want to remain there, e.g. crimps from rubber bands, clips, hats etc. Do not colour your hair for at least 10 days.

Home care products are specially designed for use after straightening/curling care to maintain the condition of your hair. You will still need to style your treated hair, as the treatment is not a direct replacement for styling.

• Phiten Bella Shampoo – Regularly used, this shampoo will strengthen the hair leaving it soft and smooth. With hydrolysed silk, keratin, sericin and algae. Contains genuine Aqua Gold, which is an excellent conductor in delivering and helping hair to absorb proteins deeper into the hair shaft for longer lasting results. Sodium Laureth Sulphate/Sodium Chloride Free.
