Lisa relocated to Shrewshire and joined the Rainbow Connection team in July 2020. She was formerly a Senior Hairstylist at Cutting Edge in Falmouth, Cornwall, where she built her reputation for quality work. She also served as Head Hairstylist at Chiswick Salon in London, and worked as a Manager at Headonizm Hair in London, gaining valuable leadership experience. Lisa is a fully qualified City & Guilds Hairstylist.
Andrew
Creative Director
With over 40 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, Andrew has built an exceptional reputation working with some of the most prestigious salons across London and internationally. He previously worked alongside Beverly C (twice awarded UK Hairdresser of the Year) at her flagship salon in Shepherd Market, Mayfair, and has refined his skills in elite locations including Bond Street, Regent Street, and Kensington High Street. Andrew specializes in short, sharp, and sassy cuts with modern, on-trend styling, and is highly skilled in precision cutting techniques with creative flair and personality.
Kelly Lee
Style Director
With over 15 years of experience in the hairdressing industry across the UK and Hong Kong, Kelly has built a strong reputation for her skills and professionalism. She previously worked as a busy Style Director at a well-known salon in Wellington, Telford. Kelly specialises in both men’s and women’s haircuts and is highly skilled in Japanese straightening (rebonding), digital perms, perms, and creative colouring techniques including balayage and highlights.
Jo Banjong
Beauty Technician & Hair Stylist
Jo joined Rainbow Connection in January 2023 as a self-employed beautician, offering services in Eyelash Extensions, Manicure and Pedicure. In early 2024, she acquired the qualification of Microblading and is currently in the process of applying for a licence to practise. In addition, Jo takes part in Hair Integration Systems for men and women dealing with balding or hair thinning, in collaboration with Hair Confidence Hair Loss Consultant, a business associate operating within the same premises.
