Booking & Cancellation Policy
To help us give you the best service, we kindly ask you to follow our cancellation policy. This ensures fairness for both clients and our team. Please check the notice periods and terms that apply to your type of appointment before booking.
Straightening & Digital Curling
These services require 2 weeks’ notice to cancel or change your booking. If notice is shorter, a £50 surcharge will apply.
Late Notice (under 72 hours)
If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, 50% of the service cost will be charged.
No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellation
Clients who do not attend or cancel on the day will be charged the full service cost.
Regular Hairdressing Appointments
We ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel. Late notice will result in a £10 surcharge.
Deposits
A £50 deposit is required for Straightening or Digital Curling. For other bookings over 2 hours, a £30 deposit applies.
